Upon meeting with Ann, she was very honest about the market and about things changing in the industry. She never gave us false hope, but pushed ahead and reacted quickly. She delivered more then what was expected and never wasted a second doing it! It is nice to know if we ever buy or sale again we have a trustworthy agent on our side of the table!
