In fact, Ann and her team is ranked #1 in Rutherford County and #5 in the Southeastern Region of Keller Williams Realty. AHA was also recognized among the Top 10 teams in all of Middle Tennessee by the Nashville Business Journal (2009-2010).
After receiving her B.S. in Marketing and Merchandising, Ann began her career as a fashion retail buyer. Later, she had the opportunity to live in several states and Europe with her husband. After returning to the United States, she embarked on her second career in healthcare PR and marketing. Both work environments cultivated her experience in marketing, sales, and merchandising. All three skills are necessary to sell homes in today's challenging market.
Ann is active in the community serving or having served on several boards: Chamber of Commerce Business Women Council, Arthritis Foundation Walk Board, Alzheimer Walk Board, and the Tennessee 4-H Alumni Board.
Ann enjoys many outdoor activities including, biking, hiking, kayaking and backpacking. Her vacations with David usually involve many of these interests. She is also an active member and teacher in her church and when she has a quiet moment, she loves to read.
Her success is built upon a solid background combining her talents as a merchandiser, and decorator, with her passion for people. -

Since that time, David has had an opportunity to provide sales and marketing services to several local and national builders, including Newmark Homes and David Weekley Homes. He previously served two consecutive terms as president of the Sales and Marketing Council of the Homebuilders Association of Middle Tennessee. In addition, David is a partner in BLF Marketing, a full-service niche marketing firm that focuses on the banking and building industries.Among David’s many interests is hiking and running. He and Ann regularly hike in the Smoky Mountains and recently completed a Grand Canyon day hike to the Colorado River and back. David has a goal of one day competing in the Boston Marathon. Most importantly David also serves as an elder in his Church.David’s main role with Ann Hoke & Associates is to support his wife, Ann, and the other team members. He is also responsible for the company’s operations and administrative functions. -

After some youthful experience framing new construction and remodeling existing homes, Ryan honed his skills in sales and customer service with 84 Lumber Company. During his tenure in the Murfreesboro store, he earned “Salesman of the Month” honors 11 times before relocating to Manchester as co-manager.
Ryan joined Ann Hoke & Associates as a Buyer Specialist in 2009. Today he applies his knowledge and understanding of residential construction, home maintenance and customer service to the benefit of all AHA clients.
Ryan and his wife, April, live on the outskirts of Murfreesboro. He is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys fishing, hunting, and hiking in his spare time.

Anna Ashton

She migrated from Czechoslovakia with her family in 1985 and came to the United States to pursue freedom and better opportunities. Her ability to converse in four languages (Slovak, Czech, Russian, and English) helped her secure a position with Continental Airlines.
After settling in the United States, her family was able to buy a home – something they were not allowed to do in her native country. The value and pride that Anna felt with owning her own home is what first attracted her to the idea of pursuing a career in real estate. She earned her real estate license in 2004 so she could help others experience this same dream. “When I find the right home for someone, I feel gratitude and joy….I consider it a personal challenge to match a house to a client.”
She has been selected numerous times as the Team Player of the Month at Keller Williams, Murfreesboro. Over the past two years, she has been recognized several times for closing the highest individual volume (not on a team) during the month.
Her hobbies include traveling, gardening, reading about other cultures, and spending time with her children and grandchildren.

She began her career as a buyer with JC Penny. Upon receiving her degree in Design, she advanced into management. Her rich background also includes operating her own business, teaching high school and managing a real estate office. As a licensed Realtor©, she also supports our lead generation process assisting clients through the complex process of buying or selling a home.
Louise enjoys the outdoors. She loves to go camping, hiking and fishing with her family in the Smoky Mountains. At church she enjoys teaching children’s Bible classes.

She joined AHA in November 2011 after serving three years as the Market Center Administrator for Keller Williams in Murfreesboro. Tonya’s career is rich with over 20 years experience in the real estate industry. During that span she has worked with a real estate attorney, three real estate firms and two home building companies.
Tonya and husband, John, have one son. They love spending time outdoors and watching their son shoot trap for his school team.

Larry spent 30 years with Delta Airlines in various customer service positions, before transitioning to real estate. His sister, who is a successful agent in East Tennessee, encouraged him to apply his passion for serving to the real estate field. In addition to his customer service responsibilities, Larry occasionally puts his real estate license to work and supports our buyer specialists with client showings.
Larry and his wife Linda have three sons: Larry David, Nick and Brad. In his free time, he loves to travel, run, swim and water ski. Larry is a diplomat with the Rutherford County Chamber of Commerce and an elder in his church.
